About Us

Ingrid and Marcus, both retired, she, from her busy life in the Hamptons as marketing executive, publisher, writer and TV host and he from the women’s apparel industry for many years while ending his career manufacturing golf shirts out of Pinehurst North Carolina.
Both are widowers, from long-term marriages, and lost their spouses to cancer. The beach girl from Montauk and Marcus the mountain man found each other on a dating site and have been together since the moment they met. They truly appear to enjoy the innate excitement of each other’s company when setting out for one of Ingrid’s spontaneous getaways as travel writer.
